The MAB leaders bridge the gap between the hospital and the boardroom, providing expert guidance and collaboration on operational and clinical issues.

Our clinical leaders understand the day-to-day reality of running a hospital, and maintaining active communication with them allows us to proactively improve both patient care and client experience.

The Medical Advisory Board: Cultivating a Better Clinical Experience
Companion’s Medical Advisory Board (MAB) is made up of veterinarians from within Companion who work with our doctors and team members to deliver the highest levels of care across Companion hospitals. Their efforts include:
- Providing guidance and input on Companion CE and training programs for doctors and clinical staff
- Reviewing adverse outcomes and quality of care questions
- Enhancing and expanding Companion’s new-graduate Mentorship Program
- Providing support during the interview and selection process for new Medical Directors
